Meet David
David grew up on a ranch outside of Crane, in Southwest Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri and received a degree in Agri-business Management and an MBA. He has been a loan officer since 2008 and enjoys helping customers achieve the dream of home ownership. He has a son and daughter with his wife Jana, and likes to spend time with family, travel, hunt and fish.

David Cope always kept me informed through e-mail or text, and never leaves me in the dark. If I ever have a question, David would always contact me back as soon as possible. David is OUTSTANDING, he continued to work with me through my frustration of not knowing how the process to buyin a home for the first time works. He reassured me in every phone call, text or email that he would do everything he can to make sure I was successful and HE DID!! My family and I absolutely LOVE our new home & without David and his expertise it wouldn't have been possible!

He was there to answer any and every question. David made sure everything went through smoothly and I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a loan officer. Any bumps we ran into he solved the issue fast, and was very positive about everything. We wouldn’t have made it to the closing table if it wasn’t for him.
