Jacob is amazing! He was very patient with me (even though I probably messaged him too much, lol), and he went above and beyond his job requirements to make sure I was successful in buying my first home. I could not imagine having a better loan officer.

Jacob was a friendly guy and the ones who worked with him made everything great. I waited to pull the trigger and when I did, Jacob really came through and helped out fast. He was easily to get ahold of and once it all started, it was great.

How did he not? Jacob was magical. The odds were ever in my favor when I was paired with him. He answered all of my questions silly or otherwise. Taught me how to use my cell phone. Was great at keeping me in the loop with regular communication. I’d have a beer with him. Even if he wanted a pumpkin spice beer.
