He was completely unprofessional. He was very rude to me and misled me the entire time, telling me the mortgage would be no money down... and then on closing day, it turned out he had included an additional loan of over 7,000 for 10 years... I was never informed about that second loan... I had to sign knowing I was going to be taking on more because my family needed a home... that representative misled me by hiding the second loan from me, and he was also arrogant and unprofessional.
