His 19 years of customer service experience have given him the knowledge and ability to stand as a true advocate for everyone he works with. Adam and his wife, Jessica, have four teenagers that ensure every day is an adventure.

With out him I would have lost my mind. He was always there, checking on me and making this as painless as possible. He in my words is the greatest, if I could go higher then a 10 I would.
