Andy was very patient with me and explained everything to me until he was satisfied that I understood what was going on. He kept me up to date in my home buying process from the date I applied for a loan until the day I closed on my home. He has a very pleasant disposition and always speaks with a smile in his voice. It was a blessing to have Andy as my loan officer. I highly recommend him.

Andy did a great job of communicating along the process. We hit unforeseen issues, and he was on the phone with me right away helping me get to the solution we needed. He answered all of my questions along the way, and was great about following up with me, my realtor, and the others involved in the purchase.

Andy was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, the best part was that he never seemed to forget that we were first time home buyers and actually made an effort to make sure we understood why we were doing what we were doing.
