Meet Billy
Billy has worked in customer service for over eight years, where he has been able to sharpen his skills in customer relations and engagement to where they are today. Driven by his passion to help people and his experience in social work, Billy’s greatest desire is enhancing other’s lives. Outside of work, Billy spends much of his time with family, especially his six nieces/nephews, and traveling, he has been to countries such as South Africa and London.

Billy was on to of my loan processing, ever ready with answers to my questions. His customer / client relationship is top notch, very patient , never gets irritated by my constant questions and disturbances as a first time buyer of mortgage. I will want to work with him again in future.
