Our loan officer Brennan and his assistant Amy were absolutely phenomenal! Words cannot explain how grateful we are that Brennan was our loan officer. He made securing a loan for our home a stress free process. He was very thorough, open, and honest. Brennan and Amy together made it very easy to trust the process. They communicated with us daily, explained everything that was needed from us to move forward. Brennan even advocated on our behalf with our seller and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close on our home on time. Brennan and his team were an absolute gem and we will be recommending him to friends and family and anyone who is looking to buy homes in the near future.

He was great!! Was there for me through every step of the way. Even when I kept changing my mind on my houses.. He answered all my questions and was very helpful along the way. He worked very hard for me and I could see all his effort he did in making me a first home owner!

The home buying process usually is a stressful experience, its time consuming, and it goes deep into your life. But then there's Paddio with one exceptional Loan Officer, Brennan Ventress.\nI explained to Mr. Ventress I bid on a house, and the seller wanted to close before the end of the year, which was 32 days out. Mr. Ventress said no problem as long as the info needed is submitted in a timely manner. He stated the team of underwriters, Kaleb Kordes and Shelby Horton are ready and standing by.\nThis team of professionals were truly a blessing to work with. Every question I asked was answered promptly which pushed me to really be proactive on getting the information they needed in quickly. This experience was more pleasant than buying a Vehicle, I never once felt like just another client.\nI'm grateful to have chosen Paddio, but I can't thank Brennan Ventress, and Shelby Horton enough for their diligence.
