Chad is skilled at helping people through the home buying process and strives to be the best for his clients. Chad is well educated with a bachelors degree from Columbia College in criminal justice administration. When Chad is not working he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Nikki and their two dogs Oakley and Cooper.

My wife got us going in the preapproval processes, from the out set I was a sceptic and was not sure of the complete online platform with Paddio. Chad all the time was reassuring, never once did I have a question that he wasn't able to answer on the spot or promises to get me the answer and he always followed through. Chad was so helpful every step of my loan process and many things kept going wrong but he was there to guide me which was very helpful because it's been 30 years since I purchased my previous home plus I moved out of my state so things were much different.
