Craig Arnold went above and beyond what I can expect from a loan officer. As a first time home buyer, Craig told me what to expect regarding the timeline for underwriting, appraisal, title work, etc. He picked up my call on a Friday Thanksgiving weekend when everyone should be off that day. It's a great experience overall even though everything works virtually. His response time is within 15 minutes. At the end, I was able to close within 35 days. I would recommend him and Paddio to everyone who I know looking for a lender to purchase their future homes. Home purchasing process could be stressful but it's a lot easier with his help.
