Dan has always been passionate about helping others, and what better way to express that passion than partnering with his clients to secure the home of their dreams! Dan finds inspiration in leveraging his extensive background in the banking and financial service industry to enhance the home buying experience for his clients. Dan learned the value of hard work growing up on a small farm in Southwest Missouri, where he and his wife Emilie are active members of their community. He is a proud father to his son, Austin. In his spare time, Dan enjoys rehabilitating turn-of-the-century homes and showing off his cooking skills cooking meals for the local Ronald McDonald House.

Dan was fantastic! We had originally decided to go with Rocket Mortgage or Quicken Loans but decided to contact Paddio as a third option. As soon as Dan picked up the phone he began to explain he was on our side. He was ready to work with us more personally than any call center could. He treated us like family and when he went into detail explaining the processes of buying a home we were instantly sold on Dan and never looked back! It was the BEST decision we could’ve made! As first time home buyers he took extra time and consideration when explaining what we needed to do and what we needed to know. He was amazing every step of the way! He went above and beyond for us. His knowledge of the craft, dedication to making sure we were comfortable, taken care of, stress free and his fast accurate response time make him an ideal loan officer anyone could be looking for! We would highly recommend him to friends or family. He is a clear cut above the rest!

Dan really went above and beyond for us in so many ways! He was very patient and kind. As first time buyers, he really prepared us for always staying one step ahead of the process by letting us know about what came next. He responded quickly to all questions that we had (even the random ones we had on the weekend). We felt very comfortable going through this whole process with him and his team. We are very grateful that we had Dan helping us out through this process. He really made us feel like a priority, and we really appreciate it. We feel incredibly lucky to have him helping us to get our cozy family home.

Dan is outstanding! He is knowledgeable, respectful and direct when necessary. Talking to Dan felt like I was talking to an old buddy that just happened to be helping with financing our new home. We appreciated how closely he worked with our realtor to make sure everything got taken care of quickly and correctly. Exceptional and helpful in all the small details - made many suggestions that helped the process go as planned - he took the time to get to know us which gave us the feeling that we had met in person even though everything was done virtually. He was personable , kind and fully vested in making sure we were successful in closing on our first home. We were so blessed to have been given Dan to work with. One of the few times we can say Dan chose the right profession to be in.
