Meet Dan
Dan has always been passionate about helping others, and what better way to express that passion than partnering with his clients to secure the home of their dreams! Dan finds inspiration in leveraging his extensive background in the banking and financial service industry to enhance the home buying experience for his clients. Dan learned the value of hard work growing up on a small farm in Southwest Missouri, where he and his wife Emilie are active members of their community. He is a proud father to his son, Austin. In his spare time, Dan enjoys rehabilitating turn-of-the-century homes and showing off his cooking skills cooking meals for the local Ronald McDonald House.

Constant contact and communication in regards to the whole process

Dan Wasmer is absolutely amazing! When we started this whole process I told him I was going to need a lot of hand holding, and he assured me he\'d be there to do it. He did not let me down. He was there every step of the way, really pulling for us. We have a very odd work schedule and he adapted to every one of our needs and quirks. He made himself constantly available for anything we needed, even things we would think might not be too important or urgent, it would be a strange day or time and I\'d think to myself \"I\'ll drop an email or text and he\'ll get back to me first thing business hours\", nope, I\'d get a swift reply. Every time I felt overwhelmed or anxious he was there to explain anything I needed, even the things I asked abot fifty times, patiently and fully. He gave us 110% and rooted us on the whole way. We could not have done this without him, and now we\'re happy homeowners! Thanks Dan, you helped make our dream come true.
