Dan has always been passionate about helping others, and what better way to express that passion than partnering with his clients to secure the home of their dreams! Dan finds inspiration in leveraging his extensive background in the banking and financial service industry to enhance the home buying experience for his clients. Dan learned the value of hard work growing up on a small farm in Southwest Missouri, where he and his wife Emilie are active members of their community. He is a proud father to his son, Austin. In his spare time, Dan enjoys rehabilitating turn-of-the-century homes and showing off his cooking skills cooking meals for the local Ronald McDonald House.

Dan Wasmer took over my account two weeks in after previous Loan Officer received another position with Paddio. He didn't miss a beat, continuously kept me updated and guided me through necessary paperwork. He kept in mind always that my rental lease was to expire at the end of October and closing prior was important to me. Weeks after closing and settling in my new home, Dan reached out to check in. If this is the norm, Paddio and Dan are examples of true Customer Service.
