Dan has always been passionate about helping others, and what better way to express that passion than partnering with his clients to secure the home of their dreams! Dan finds inspiration in leveraging his extensive background in the banking and financial service industry to enhance the home buying experience for his clients. Dan learned the value of hard work growing up on a small farm in Southwest Missouri, where he and his wife Emilie are active members of their community. He is a proud father to his son, Austin. In his spare time, Dan enjoys rehabilitating turn-of-the-century homes and showing off his cooking skills cooking meals for the local Ronald McDonald House.

Dan Wasmer is a very professional, knowledgeable, patient loan officer! He worked with me and answered all my questions, no matter how basic, and sometimes repeated. I got a firm understanding of the loan process as it pertains to my property. In a 14 month period, Dan and I worked through different home listings until I found a home property that I liked. The process itself went very fast and smoothly, thanks to Dan’s expertise. This could not have happened without his help in facilitating the lending process.
