Meet Dan
Dan has always been passionate about helping others, and what better way to express that passion than partnering with his clients to secure the home of their dreams! Dan finds inspiration in leveraging his extensive background in the banking and financial service industry to enhance the home buying experience for his clients. Dan learned the value of hard work growing up on a small farm in Southwest Missouri, where he and his wife Emilie are active members of their community. He is a proud father to his son, Austin. In his spare time, Dan enjoys rehabilitating turn-of-the-century homes and showing off his cooking skills cooking meals for the local Ronald McDonald House.

Dan Wasmer is the Ferrari of loan officers. I was new to the experience. Dan took me under his wing and helped me learn everything I needed to know. I have told everyone that I know and have posted on social media about my experience with Dan and Shelby. They were so patient with my three million questions and always took the time to explain each step of the process. I also got weekly, sometimes more, phone calls and texts to see how I was feeling about the process. They were aware that I was a first time homeowner and took the extra time to make that decision one that, while still a bit scary, was well-informed, comfortable, and exciting.
