Meet David
David grew up on a ranch outside of Crane, in Southwest Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri and received a degree in Agri-business Management and an MBA. He has been a loan officer since 2008 and enjoys helping customers achieve the dream of home ownership. He has a son and daughter with his wife Jana, and likes to spend time with family, travel, hunt and fish.

Had to bug her to get documents to closer, was a mess with my work to have to schedule time off at the last minute. Got documents only one day before closing even though it had been approved a week earlier.

Dave overcame and conquered when our first house fell through! Everything was going great until we had a bad inspection and decided to look for a different home. Things looked pretty bad for us, the house we were selling closing was moved up and we knew we were going to be in trouble. We finally found another home that fit the bill and Dave and his team worked relentlessly to make things happen!!! We are so grateful and appreciative for all that Dave and his team did for us! Couldn’t be happier with the effort put forth by the Paddio team and will definitely pass Dave’s information along to everyone who is looking for a mortgage!!! Thanks Dave!!!
