Jacob was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and professional and always responded to our inquires super fast. He was patient and provided detail to help us make decisions and not feel uneasy. We really enjoyed working with Jacob and he helped to get us into a house we love.

Jacob seemed kinda pushy, didn’t seem to care for the text system really preferred calls, and I honestly would have loved to continue my home buying journey with Janel Young, she was an outstanding loan officer/home buying coordinator, wherever she is I hope she gets promoted accordingly because she was amazing. Jacob felt like a salesman, and Janel felt more like a friend. Bailey Hendrix deserves some props as well she was quick and her fluidity and clarity through knowledge really helped me understand what my home buying experience was gonna be.
