Jacob's hobbies include guitar, crossword puzzles, cooking, CrossFit, marathons, and home improvement projects. Jacob doesn't have a family of his own, but prides himself on his top-tier unclehood.

Jacob is very knowledgeable, and was on top of things for the first few weeks. As the closing process drew closer, I spoke less with Jacob and more with his subordinates; this was the beginning of the issues with communication.

Jacob was helpful, informative, and easy to reach. As a first-time homebuyer, the whole loan process seemed a bit daunting, but Jacob and his team made sure I knew what was happening at each step and were very understanding of any questions/ concerns I had.

Jacob was very patient throughout the whole process and answered my million questions throughout our journey. When we came across a snag, he made sure we still closed on time. He is easy to talk to and readily available. When we buy our next house, I hope we get him as a loan officer again!

Jacob is amazing! He was very patient with me (even though I probably messaged him too much, lol), and he went above and beyond his job requirements to make sure I was successful in buying my first home. I could not imagine having a better loan officer.
