John was wonderful to work with, he made everything easy to understand and replied to all of my questions in a very quick manner. It was great to work with John and I would recommend him to anyone searching to buy a home.
He was always available and quick with responses.
Initially, John was helpful and responsive to my calls. He then passed me off on to another associate Chris Hsu, who was difficult to work with. He would not answer simple yes or no questions via email or voice mail, instead having to waste time talking in person. He was the one who had me chasing down a trust document from a lawyer that was unnecessary. Was this his first time doing a loan? John took over again at the end, but in the final two days, he would say he would call me right back with answers about the underwriting status, and then not respond. I\'m not sure if there was really a question about my loan or the underwriting staffing was inadequate. Either way, the experience was not satisfactory.
