Kerry was helpful and I could tell he cared, I guess at times he was a victim of miscommunication from the underwriter, but other than that I know he did the best he could to get me into my new home and so it happened.

Kerry was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and patient with me despite me getting laid off in the middle of the process. To compare, I was ghosted by the representative at Rocket Mortgage when he learned the same information. I really appreciate the way Kerry was willing to work with and wait for me to find a new job.

Kerry was absolutely amazing!! So nice & personal. Each time we talked he asked about my family & always remembered stuff we talked about in previous conversations. I could tell he was really there to help us & not just there because it was his job. I couldn't have gone through this process without him. Highly recommend!Thank you so much!!
