Meet Kyle
Kyle grew up working with his parents and sister in their family entertainment business in Branson, MO and Eureka Springs, AR. Starting at a young age, he watched and learned from his parents who worked together as real estate agents. This is where he learned the value of hard work and became interested in finance. He now has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Kyle and his team at Paddio know how to find the most suitable mortgage product for your unique circumstances. He believes that mortgage should be about building relationships so you can achieve your home financing goals, never just another transaction. He has been happily married to his wife, Danielle, since 2008. Together they have an American Eskimo dog named Valko. You can find Kyle barbecuing and watching baseball on the weekends. He is a huge baseball fan, particularly the St. Louis Cardinals (but even if you’re a Cubs fan, he'll still take care of you despite your team)! Kyle is passionate about getting you the right loan and ensuring you have a great experience doing so.

This was a very long, non-typical home purchase that covered several months. We were representing ourselves w/o a realtor for the first time. Kyle was outstanding!!! His patience and excellent service never wavered, through multiple appraisals, reapplications, and pause do to life’s uncertainty. I don’t know of anyone who would have stuck with us, but Kyle did, and always with a smile. Thank you Kyle!
