Meet Kyle
Kyle grew up working with his parents and sister in their family entertainment business in Branson, MO and Eureka Springs, AR. Starting at a young age, he watched and learned from his parents who worked together as real estate agents. This is where he learned the value of hard work and became interested in finance. He now has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Kyle and his team at Paddio know how to find the most suitable mortgage product for your unique circumstances. He believes that mortgage should be about building relationships so you can achieve your home financing goals, never just another transaction. He has been happily married to his wife, Danielle, since 2008. Together they have an American Eskimo dog named Valko. You can find Kyle barbecuing and watching baseball on the weekends. He is a huge baseball fan, particularly the St. Louis Cardinals (but even if you’re a Cubs fan, he'll still take care of you despite your team)! Kyle is passionate about getting you the right loan and ensuring you have a great experience doing so.

He did indeed make it a positive experience. I don't recommend fast closings (21 days or less) because it be can rather hectic, but Kyle & team (Madeline & Bronson) managed to make it work nicely.

Kyle Kyle what can I say about wonderful, amazing, very detail, and most of all patient with everything. No matter how small or big my question was Kyle answered it and took is time. If he was not sure he would let you know and get right back to you. Never once did I feel like I was a number to him or some file on his desk. Kyle welcomed you with open arms and guided me through everything. After closing was done he called to make sure everything went smooth and if I had any questions for him and to make sure that even though I closed he would always be there to answer any question.
