Kyle grew up working with his parents and sister in their family entertainment business in Branson, MO and Eureka Springs, AR. Starting at a young age, he watched and learned from his parents who worked together as real estate agents. This is where he learned the value of hard work and became interested in finance. He now has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Kyle and his team at Paddio know how to find the most suitable mortgage product for your unique circumstances. He has been happily married to his wife, Danielle, since 2008. Together they have an American Eskimo dog named Valko. You can find Kyle barbecuing and watching baseball on the weekends. He is a huge baseball fan, particularly the St. Louis Cardinals (but even if you’re a Cubs fan, he'll still take care of you despite your team)! Kyle was the best from the beginning to end. He answered all my questions, which I had a lot, and explained everything throughout the entire process.

She sent me an incredibly sweet gift to enhance the first moments of being a homeowner, and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Kyle, who took over when Ashley went on maternity leave, was equally wonderful- I knew I could count on him to give me a call with all of the information I needed within 10 minutes of sending him an email (which was an amazing goodness), and he truly had my back in the hectic last few hours before close.
He is amazing, awesome, an asset to your company, he always answered my questions, and even made THE phone call to verity per approval that put me on the top of the pile with 7 applications. And it is because of him that I got my dream home.
