Meet Kyle
Kyle grew up working with his parents and sister in their family entertainment business in Branson, MO and Eureka Springs, AR. Starting at a young age, he watched and learned from his parents who worked together as real estate agents. This is where he learned the value of hard work and became interested in finance. He now has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Kyle and his team at Paddio know how to find the most suitable mortgage product for your unique circumstances. He believes that mortgage should be about building relationships so you can achieve your home financing goals, never just another transaction. He has been happily married to his wife, Danielle, since 2008. Together they have an American Eskimo dog named Valko. You can find Kyle barbecuing and watching baseball on the weekends. He is a huge baseball fan, particularly the St. Louis Cardinals (but even if you’re a Cubs fan, he'll still take care of you despite your team)! Kyle is passionate about getting you the right loan and ensuring you have a great experience doing so.

My initial loan officer, Ashley, was a joy to work with. Not only was she kind and thorough, on multiple occasions she answered questions (and I had a lot of questions) that I had outside of her office hours! She sent me an incredibly sweet gift to enhance the first moments of being a homeowner, and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Kyle, who took over when Ashley went on maternity leave, was equally wonderful- I knew I could count on him to give me a call with all of the information I needed within 10 minutes of sending him an email (which was an amazing goodness), and he truly had my back in the hectic last few hours before close.

Only had a 1 conversation with him and it was to let us know who he was and give us the time of the closing which it was already provided days before. Communication with Amy Roger was hard. Reasons: late answers to emails and never pick up a phone call.Ashley Reed to me is the champion of Paddio, hopefully she gets back from maternity better than ever to keep on providing great experience to many buyers!
