As a loan officer at Paddio Home Loans, Nic provides his clients with the information necessary to make confident decisions about financing their American dream. Each dream is different, and no two look the same. Nic takes pride in providing education for his clients all while finding the best possible loan program to make their dream come true.
Nic loves to be outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his fiancé, step-daughter, and dog. In his free time, Nic likes to play basketball and go on hikes. Nic comes from the service industry, so he is no stranger to giving you five-star service with a smile.

Nicholas Ugolini is consistent with his presentation: true, honest, warm and inviting confidence in his information shared and the process proposed. I continue to enjoy any contact with Nicholas. I hope in the future to have another house negotiation to present to Paddio and have Nicholas be that 'front man'. He is amazing in every way. I am grateful for his assistance in the process once again.

Nic made the entire experience absolutely phenomenal! When I first reached out to Paddio, I was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to get a loan, but Nic proved me wrong. He worked tirelessly to get everything done within the short timeframe that I gave him. He was always quick to respond and always answered my questions.
