Reece did an amazing job. He was on the spot with everything any questions he was able to answer promptly. He was able to convey everything in terms I could understand fully not being in this type of financial field, and being a first time home buyer. We had to work through some tough circumstances I would say that are out of the ordinary and he was a great asset to my wife and I in this process. He deserves a raise for this above and beyond exceptional customer service. He also made it feel that he personally cared about us and our process more than just doing his job and that was a refreshing experience for us.

Reece… this guy is great. Answered every question I had, even when I asked the same throng multiple times. He made sure to stay in contact with me every step of the way and was available late hours and on weekends helping me to get this done. Reece is incredible and absolutely worth working with.
