Sam was obviously I professional. He was a hands on guy that kept me in the loop the whole way. I could see him smiling on the other end of phone. He made this whole process easy because he acted as though it was his house to buy. His personal approach is what is missed in the business world. I feel I made a new friend !

Sam has been the most amazing person to work with. Working with him and Melanie can put faith back in humanity. If all companies had a person like Sam they would all run so much better and have such happy customers. He makes you feel seen and heard. He makes you feel like you are his only client and there is nothing he would rather do than have your back and go to bat for you. He is a cheerleader and encouragement. When things are going smoothly he proverbially grabs your hand to run with you to the finish line. When things are at a standstill he encourages you that it’s okay and we will get through it, then he goes to work even harder to make calls and find out what the hold up is, and push the others involved to keep things moving. He is a truly great person and I’m so glad to have gotten to know him. I will definitely seek him out in the future for any other home buying experiences. I definitely want him in my corner. He’s more of a friend now than anything and anyone who knows him is better for it. Thank you Sam
