Meet Skyler
Sky loves diving into a great book riddled with the kind of fantasy and science fiction that inspired his own novel. If he's not reading or writing stories he's acting them out on stage and film. One day he hopes to have a passport full of stamps with restaurant recommendations for each. Sky likes blending his MBA, years of financial experience and enthusiasm for learning to make the homebuying process a breeze.

My loan officer was with me from the beginning to the end never give up on me always let me know that he was there for me no matter what, and made sure that my documents was correct so I can definitely secure the mortgage loan. I appreciate all his help and will recommend anyone to Paddio. They believed in me, and that made me secure enough to keep going . Kudos to Paddio.

Sky was simply awesome! He was very patient and knowledgeable. He kept us informed at all stages and even made himself available outside of normal working hours. It was truly a pleasure working with him.I'm not sure if I will receive a separate survey for Grace Bernskoetter, our loan coordinator, but she was just as amazing as Sky. I highly recommend working with both of them.

Explained EVERYTHING, multiple times for some things. Easy to talk to, not once did he make me feel like I was a bother or asking a dumb question. The loan coordinator was the same way....kept me informed on what was happening and what to expect next.
