Tucker was automatically easy to talk to, super positive and very responsive! Tucker followed up with me in a time of need and I ended up back with Paddio after deciding on another agency. He provided me other Paddio agents when I told him my needs changes. He was super knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful from start to finish. He helped with potential homes I was interested in, referrals to other agents if the state was out of his jurisdiction and did a follow up just when I needed him most! Tucker was very responsive when I would reach out via text or calls, and problem-solving; always getting back to me within an hour. My loan officer was very supportive and full of positive energy throughout the entire process. Due to the nature of our business relationship Tucker reached out personally to congratulate me and deliver the good news! He worked tirelessly on getting me to qualify as well as collecting needed information, following up and picked up my nearly impossible loan; he did it all! Such an amazing experience he made it feel as though he wanted the house for me just as bad as I did. Tucker believed in me and got me approved for my very first home as a single momma.
