Meet Wes
Wes is an Army veteran whose time in the military instilled in him the disciplines of hard work, resilience, and showing up when it matters. Those experiences shaped his grit and dedication, qualities he carries with him every day.
When he’s not working, Wes enjoys spending time with his wife, McKayla, and their two awesome kids. They love traveling, camping, and making memories together as a family. Wes also enjoys golfing and playing pool, where he serves as the captain of a team that competed in the APA World Championships (2024).
Whether helping someone take a big step towards buying a home or sharing a laugh, Wes brings a personal touch to everything he does, turning clients into friends and making the process feel less transactional and more like family helping family.

The process for applying for a home loan through Paddio was absolutely seamless. Wes Bowling was incredible to work with. I work throughout the week and wouldn’t be able to ask questions during normal business hours; I can’t count all the times Wes went out of his way to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered outside of his normal business working hours, even on the weekends. He answered all of my questions in great length to make sure I understood the entire process and what all of the home buying “lingo” means. He was always more than willing to help me, even outside of his scope of work. I can’t thank him enough for making the approval process such an easy and smooth experience even being states away from their home office. 10/10 recommend Paddio and hopefully you get to work with Wes!
