It’s all about having the right team. Our lender and concierge team was nothing less than perfect. They were so quick to respond to any and all questions we had during the process. They made a process that seemed impossible to us happen in just a few months and we can’t thank them enough. They even went above and beyond and sent us a gift when they heard about us getting married and it made us feel like they were close friends. Could not be happier with our experience!
The only hiccups we had with the home buying process were not the fault of Paddio. All the experiences with Paddio directly were professional and prompt. I am astutely satisfied with my experience with Paddio and would recommend their services and will likely use their services again when my family moves again.

When I first started out with Paddio, no one had heard of them. I bet now when their name comes up people will remember how great they are. Paddio is the way to go! Ask for Shiloh, Grace, and Amelia. They are the team that can’t be stopped.
My experience with paddio was a positive One. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Im thankful to have worked with Skyler, Holly, Kevan, and, Chasity. Great team.
Every was great very patient with me when I was going crazy trying to get everything that I needed for the loan. Also very quick to text or email back
the online platform for the To-Dos has been easy enough to work with.underwriting will be the biggest hurdle, so patience is key.
