I would recommend paddio to anyone who’s ever wanting to buy a house. They do an excellent job on helping the buyer out as much as they possibly can. I will definitely contact them again if I buy another house

The only weakness in the experience came with Matthew Burton. I found he didn’t review the uploaded documents before requesting additional information. He asked for documentation I had already uploaded and then demanded the information be loaded again after I told him it was already there. He even went so far to tell me the information was required by federal law to force me to load it again. I found him a bit lazy. He’s a poor complement to Ashlyn.
One last shout-out to my loan coordinator Becca Kenney who was able to get the loan paperwork prepared and sent to me much faster than anticipated. She really worked behind the scenes to make this process as simple as possible and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you!

Awesome company and awesome employees to work with! All required documentation is clearly laid out/explained and able to be uploaded electronically through a portal, staff are incredibly friendly, personable, and responsive, and their interest rates are reasonable. The staff helped us go through every stage of the home buying process to make it quick, understandable, and easy. We ended up being able to close on the house sooner than we thought, and Paddio even went above and beyond to mail my fianc and I a blanket with our names embroidered on it for our new house! Would definitely recommend Paddio!

While trying to fund the purchase of our duplex, we found that finding a lender was difficult, and even had 2 banks withdraw and one approve at extortion rates. I was honest with Paddio from the beginning, and they didn't try to take advantage of us in any way, even coming back with a lower than expected interest rate. I can not say enough GREAT things about Paddio, except you need them to handle your next purchase! Ashland B. is the BEST, and WE LOVE PADDIO!
