Paddio was easy to work with and everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. Their staff were in constant contact with us through the entire process and made buying our forever home a reality.
Working with Paddio took the headache out of trying to purchase a home. It was a really smooth process and the best part was that I didn’t have to an awful lot at closing. I thought I would end up spending five times more than I actually spent. I was about to give up on purchasing a home because of the high amount of cash other lenders said I would need at closing. Paddio was a life saver for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a home purchase.
