This was me and my husband's first time buying a home and our whole team at Paddio was awesome. They all were just a phone call away for anything. They checked in and kept us updated. It was so easy to navigate thru the app to upload documents. We had a great experience. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family

Andy and Kimberly were extremely professional! They were efficient in moving our closing through in 30 days and were always available when we had questions or concerns. I was nervous using an on-line lender and not having a local contact, but our experience was terrific and everything went smoothly! Thank you Paddio, Andy and Kimberly!

The only weakness in the experience came with Matthew Burton. I found he didn’t review the uploaded documents before requesting additional information. He asked for documentation I had already uploaded and then demanded the information be loaded again after I told him it was already there. He even went so far to tell me the information was required by federal law to force me to load it again. I found him a bit lazy. He’s a poor complement to Ashlyn.
I can say that buying a home can be scary but Paddio knew how to do the right things even when I didn't to get me in my home.

The team was responsive and kept in touch frequently. The entire team was very collegial and professional and I was very happy with my decision to purchase.
One last shout-out to my loan coordinator Becca Kenney who was able to get the loan paperwork prepared and sent to me much faster than anticipated. She really worked behind the scenes to make this process as simple as possible and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you!
