The paddio team was hands down the best possible group of people I could have worked with to help me get my dream house. They were all very knowledgeable always quick to respond and every single one of them went the extra mile, even when they didn't have to. With the Paddio team it felt more like i was being helped by a group of my friends, who all wanted to help me succeed, rather than faceless corporate entities.
Everyone was wonderful from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone next time they are purchasing a home.

Overall this was a great experience. I got my home which is the most important part of paddios job. At many times I felt like I had no idea what was to happen next, get sent "urgent documents that have to be signed now" with no text or phone call to let me know about them, estimates of costs that were well outside what was what was discussed without contact to explain them and googled more than I relied on anyone to help us through this. The people are very nice though.
Both Ryan Cronin and Alex Ringling were excellent in the way they help me finance my new home. They always kept me in the know, with the entire process. I didn’t feel pressured or bombarded with request for paperwork. They respected my work schedule, they were kind enough to let me sleep without calling me too early. I work nights and sleep days and they both always kept that in mind when calling me. I really appreciate the care that took and how they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. The entire process could not have gone any smoother. I would highly recommend both of these highly professional people. Thank you so much guys, you made my experience so easy. I appreciate all your hard work.
