Everything was outstanding
My husband and I are first time home buyers. We contacted Paddio from doing an online search for mortgage companies. From first contact all the way until we closed, our team of people at Paddio were amazing. They were patient with us, explained everything in a way we understood and made sure we were completely comfortable with all of the numbers before we closed. they did not push us or make us feel like we HAD to do anything. they were there 100% for us. if it wasn't in our best interest we didn't do it. They made the whole process as smooth as possible for us.
I would highly recommend paddio for your home closing needs.

Overall I love this whole team. They work day and night to make sure the whole loan process and getting utilities setup for my home easy. Paddio in general did an amazing job hiring these individuals to make others lives easier and they work incredibly hard to make that happen. I can't believe how incredibly easy and enjoyable they made buying this house. If I ever buy again I'm absolutely using them again!
15/10. Everyone made the process as easy and simple as possible to help me. Had family issues and surprises pop up while in the midst of buying and all parties were constantly checking in and informing me of what was needed or just to see how my family was holding up. Wouldn't ask for anyone else other than Paddio or my realtors Brenda and Neil.
