Had a great experience with Paddio. Right from pre approval till closing, Nick and team were in constant touch and were there to answer all questions and clarifications.The process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend Paddio for a pleasant and seamless experience throughout the mortgage process.

Start NowThis company really treats you with inferiority when you are not a high profile client. If your credit score is marginal or just enough to be approved and if your funds are low and just enough for the financial obligations I feel and in my experience it seems that someone of that nature is not paid as much attention to. My experience was awful, heart rendering, lots of crying lots of misrepresentation and misleading facts and figures the numbers kept changing all the time and it caused me to be on an emotional roller coaster that I will never ever revisit
I would not have wanted to go with anyone else, best home buying experience. I loved everyone I worked with they were all amazing. Chad took his time to explain what was happening and Amelia was always on top of things and John was great too!
Check out these guys if you are looking to buy a home. Great team all around. Number one in my book.
Make sure you stay on top of them or you’ll end up like me and have your first loan officer loose his license to sell ONE DAY before you’re supposed to close. Paddio, do better.
