This was my first time buying a home and John was extremely helpful every step of the way, any questions I had John was available to answer at almost anytime of the day and explained every step of the homebuying process in very good detail. I felt like I was not just another number that they were trying to get a sale on, but that they genuinely care and want to see you succeed in buying a home, extremely thankful for John.
Everyone from Paddio was a pleasure to work with. Super friendly and easy to work with. They kept me up to date every step of the way and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile when the situation warranted it!

I thought I would end up spending five times more than I actually spent. I was about to give up on purchasing a home because of the high amount of cash other lenders said I would need at closing.
