Once I started the process with people like Kerry, Brooke, Don and Matthew they all helped me go through it with ease. I have bragged to coworkers and friends stating my process was smooth I had my loan, officer a realtor and even a concierge. Now I’m a homeowner! Thanks Paddio and your wonderful staff!

Justin leaves ALOT to be desired. He was rude and condescending at times. I would have to call him, leave messages, send emails and include Aly just to get a response from him. To be honest his demeanor and disrespectful passive aggressive attitude would have caused me to go with a different lender had it not been for Aly.

I just recommend always getting a second or even third loan quote for the best deal. Paddio helped me get the best deal possible, which I appreciated. However, I had to give them the competitors' qoute before they were willing to put forth the effort to give me the best possible outcome. It would be nice if you could just get the best possible rate without having to provide another lenders rates.
