I highly recommend this family of support and guidance!
My experience with Paddio was a bit stressful. They had no communication, and I had to repeat or send documents to different representatives repeatedly. When a day approached to finish a process, there was no shortage of times when they said that a document was wrong or that another document was missing, all this at the last minute, complicating the process and slowing everything down. To those who are going to work with Paddio, I recommend a lot of patience and keep in constant communication with them in case documents are missing, otherwise, they will wait until the last minute for them to tell you
If you’re looking for a lender that cares about you and will offer to help you with any moving necessities this is the lender to go to. Online portal was easy to manage, uploading and signing documents at your fingertips is a breeze!
Keagan was also very helpful when Alea was unable to respond right away. She was able to provide quick feedback and supported us through executed documents quickly in order to not delay the loan process and closing timelines for the house.

I found information in there that was awesome and I would have loved to have earlier. (Ideas on budgeting, planning for repairs, small things I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise.)

My experiance was very exhusting as it took a very long time to process and alot of time ,as a second time home owner with the first time being a breeze and done excally as expected by another company . It can possibly be where I was punching a home of why it was done the Way it was done or maybe because of it being a second house it became more stricked with VA loans or whatever it was it definitely was exhausting but I can say they did what they could to help with situations along way .
They not only provided a great experience from a customer service point of view but demystified the process at every stage.
