I found "Paddio" to be an outstanding choice for my financial/residential needs. A well oiled machine having structured everything needed to assist me from the inception of my application on. Lead by a knowledgeable and caring "Team" of professionals, I felt sure of a successful outcome.
Great team
We chose to use Paddio since a family member had such a good experience with them. One of the best choices we have made was going through Paddio. Shay and her team have been amazing to work with! When/if we buy another house/land we will definitely be using Paddio again!!
Final documents and numbers for our title company took a while to put together. I had to involve the title company and the realtor to push for this information. We finally received the information with only hours to spare.
I could not do a complete review without adding Matthew in underwriting. He kept everyone informed in what underwriting needed, any changes, additions etc.. I was in real estate before the 08 crash & know how fast a file can crumble. Underwriting was like the “dreaded department “. Not here, not 1 bit. Thank you Matthew!
