Loan Officier, Ashton Jarrett, was Professional, excellent to talk to and guide me through the process. However, their Underwriting Process is the absolute worst I have experienced. When I bought my 2nd house in Las Vegas, I didnt experience a 10th of the issues I experienced with Paddio. I had worst credit, less cash and got 360K loan. Sold my house there and did well. With Paddio, I couldnt get 1/2 the loan, had more cash, great assets. and excellent credit. The Underwriter asked for "One More Thing" time and time again. Just the worst experience. Go to a different company.
