Wes and the whole team did an outstanding job! This sale was by far not an easy one. Wes kept me informed and kept pushing to make the closing happen.
First, let me say all the people we worked with were great! Paddio did get the job done. With our experience there were several items that still could be improved: 1) a couple of times the customer facing portal end our process, while the employee facing portal looked fine, 2) underwriting wanted our taxes (as usual) but then they also wanted the IRS tax transcripts (why not just ask for them instead of having us dig out our paper tax records to scan to Paddio?), 3) underwriting also were supplied our current mortgage statements, our bank account (live access), our credit bureau reports, but still wanted a conference call with our current home mortgage holder to verify we were paying (really?), 4) Paddio doesn't seem to compete on speed, hoops, rates or fees - As a marketing professional, I would recommend having a claim-to-fame that a customer wants to brag about to everyone. Well Paddio, you've got some good people, now how about the processes?
The paddio team was amazing from start to finish. They were there every step of the way made home buying so simple. There isn't words for how great our exsprience was with paddio.
I had my ups and downs but in the paddio was a great group of people that genuinely cared about our needs

At first I was skeptical about doing an online lender. But by the end of the process I don’t think I could’ve found a better company to work with. The whole process was very easy for a first time homebuyer like myself. Anytime I got frustrated Dan was right there to offer words of encouragement. It really helped to make the process pleasant.
