I would recommend working with Paddio! Easy process with friendly loan officer. I will use this company again in the future.
I found Paddio by accident...or Paddio found me from my online search for homes in my area, maybe? Either way, EVERY SINGLE PADDIO rep I dealt with from Lilly to Alex to Amelia were top-notch at educating and prepraring me for what was going on and what to expect next. The online Paddio Portal was an amazing tool and I don't know if I would have felt so 'on top of' things without it. I was concerned that my process would be affected by not having a local lender. Quite to the contrary, I beleive my process went so smoothly BECAUSE Paddio is so adept at handling clients from all over the country, all walks of life, all types of properties. THANK YOU PADDIO...highly recommend!

We decided to go with Paddio as our loan company due to loan officer Ray Moore. He went above and beyond to make a genuinely friendly and personal connection with us, and we appreciated this commitment to customer service so much that we decided to trust them with our home loan. All of the employees we subsequently worked with demonstrated the same knowledgeable and helpful attitude and we were overall very pleased with the process.

I also want to take a moment and talk about what an amazing job Albert Cook did as well. He too was very helpful and made this process super enjoyable. I had a huge hurdle to overcome and the two of them Albert and Steve walked me through every step. Cannot thank them enough for all of their help and support.
It was an easy process. The team was knowledgeable and the weekly updates kept everyone on track.
Everyone on the Paddio team was responsive and made for a smooth closing. As a first time home-buyer I had heard horror stories about the loan process but things could not have been easier. Also a special thanks to Amelia for her concierge help and the wonderful gift box we received.

Paddio makes the home buying process stress free! the home buying concierge was great at helping me set up utilities/trash/water/wifi. My loan officer was very knowledgable and helped walk me through the entire process.
