I had a great experience in buying my first home. I had some anxiety with not being able to afford one, but my Paddio team did their magic and got me into my home I wanted. The process was smooth and everyone was very communicative in the process
Jordan Willams, who also worked with us, was wonderful. I at times was confused with process and he was both very patient and helpful in getting all of us to the finish line. We could not have done this without him as well!

Where to begin on all the failures of Paddio…for my first home buying experience, Jacob Krebaum and Tyeler Dinwiddie made the process horrible. They were sneaky and deceptive throughout the whole time together. Paddio sent me socks and a door mat…I guess it was metaphorical for “Paddio walks all over you”. I will never use Paddio and I have already made sure to tell everyone to RUN! I’m also looking in to some legal issues involving TILA with Paddio. I will not stop until I get the whole Orientation Fee paid for. I will continue and continue.
