If you’re looking for a lender that cares about you and will offer to help you with any moving necessities this is the lender to go to. Online portal was easy to manage, uploading and signing documents at your fingertips is a breeze!
Keagan was also very helpful when Alea was unable to respond right away. She was able to provide quick feedback and supported us through executed documents quickly in order to not delay the loan process and closing timelines for the house.
The team did great all around. I felt like I had experts helping the entire way. My ONLY critique would be to send out the course for first time home buyers right away. I found information in there that was awesome and I would have loved to have earlier. (Ideas on budgeting, planning for repairs, small things I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise.)
Paddio did a great job providing a winning outcome, bravo !

I loved working with Paddio and their team. It was a wonderful experience.
My experiance was very exhusting as it took a very long time to process and alot of time ,as a second time home owner with the first time being a breeze and done excally as expected by another company . It can possibly be where I was punching a home of why it was done the Way it was done or maybe because of it being a second house it became more stricked with VA loans or whatever it was it definitely was exhausting but I can say they did what they could to help with situations along way .
They not only provided a great experience from a customer service point of view but demystified the process at every stage.
Your loan officer Christopher Compton and her cohort Jen King took me through some of the most remarkable ordeal. Even after completing this contract I feel traumatized and every other person I consulted revealed the exceptionally poor service I got from Paddio complementary to loan agent his cohort and his supervisor Lauren Winegard ..
