As first time homebuyers working with Paddio was a great experience. Dan W and Crystal our Loan Officers, Lorecia M. our Real Estate Agent. Made a stressful experience less stressful and easier to understand the home buying process. We were made to feel like family and that our needs were important. We truly recommend choosing Paddio as your lender and partner in your home buying journey.
My experience was very exhausting as it took a very long time to process and a lot of time, as a second time home owner with the first time being a breeze and done exactly as expected by another company. It can possibly be where I was punching a home of why it was done the way it was done or maybe because of it being a second house it became more strict with VA loans or whatever it was it definitely was exhausting but I can say they did what they could to help with situations along way.
The Paddio team made this very important purchase very special for me. Matthew, Madeline, and the closer we’re at the top of their games and made sure no stone went unturned. Kind, conscientious, and very professional .. each and everyone. I never had to wonder what was going on or why. Thank you all for all you did for me! You are the best!
Our daughter bought a house during covid spring 2020. Our son bought a house October 2022. We've now purchased three houses. Paddio/VU's performance was laughably bad, i.e., one could not create believable fiction with so many errors.

They handled moving issues, recommended a fantastic realtor, and made sure to keep me in the loop on any changes. I never thought the homebuying process would be so easy.
People one all Paddio is the place to go for your mortgage. If it big,are even small they are there to put you into a home are bussing property just give them your name and your cause. Your dreams will be of the pass. Talking from experience make a call. Paddio is the best

Shay and her crew are TOP TIER!! Shay works day in and and day out for you! She is personable, motivated, and determined when working on your file! She worked ABOVE her duties to make sure we were getting what we needed! Shay is VERY knowledgeable and full of optimism! Her staff made sure we stayed on top of things and helped us with the moving process! They were 10/10, I would recommend them ENDLESSLY!
Great concierge team. Madeline did such a wonderful job setting me up for my utilities, and moving options. She was sweet and understanding at all times and compleatly stress-free.
