I would recommend using Paddio for home buyers.
Some things they're not easy to get like buying a house with the people with the knowledge taking you up state by step you will make it through thank you patio and thank you Lance Beshore
Devan, Danielle, and Amelia were amazing in this process. It was our first time buying a home and they helped me understand every step of the way and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion.
I can not express enough how much I appreciate the exemplary communication skills of Alex, Kaitlin and Brittany. I never felt pushed, rushed or pressured. I always felt like I was given options that worked for me and my situation!
Everyone from Chasity, to Amy and Amanda were always there when needed and would reach out to see if I needed anything during the process.

Paddio has made the home buying process so easy for us. The communication with our loan officer Shan was amazing! I had a lot of questions and wasn’t sure what I was doing as this was my first house buying process, Shan would respond to messages quickly, call me if he needed to explain something and always have a positive attitude every conversation we had. When I had talked to them about my cats frequently, they sent me cats toys and treats in the mail which made me feel like my experience was more personal. If your nervous about buying a house, Paddio is the place to go! They help you every step of the way!

Start NowAgain, just make sure everyone reaching out to the "Buyers" are communicating the same message. Maybe assign 1 person responsible for the Customer/Buyer communication. This will ensure the Buyer(s) are getting 1 message, 1 path.... not the alternative.I will recommend Paddio to anyone/everyone I know seeking a move. Fantastic job. We went from looking for home to closing in about 3 weeks! I could not have asked for a better company to work with!
