I can not express enough how much I appreciate the exemplary communication skills of Alex, Kaitlin and Brittany. I never felt pushed, rushed or pressured. I always felt like I was given options that worked for me and my situation!

Paddio has made the home buying process so easy for us. The communication with our loan officer Shan was amazing! I had a lot of questions and wasn’t sure what I was doing as this was my first house buying process, Shan would respond to messages quickly, call me if he needed to explain something and always have a positive attitude every conversation we had. When I had talked to them about my cats frequently, they sent me cats toys and treats in the mail which made me feel like my experience was more personal. If your nervous about buying a house, Paddio is the place to go! They help you every step of the way!

Again, just make sure everyone reaching out to the "Buyers" are communicating the same message. Maybe assign 1 person responsible for the Customer/Buyer communication. This will ensure the Buyer(s) are getting 1 message, 1 path.... not the alternative.I will recommend Paddio to anyone/everyone I know seeking a move. Fantastic job. We went from looking for home to closing in about 3 weeks! I could not have asked for a better company to work with!

I found Paddio by accident...or Paddio found me from my online search for homes in my area, maybe? Either way, EVERY SINGLE PADDIO rep I dealt with from Lilly to Alex to Amelia were top-notch at educating and prepraring me for what was going on and what to expect next. The online Paddio Portal was an amazing tool and I don't know if I would have felt so 'on top of' things without it. I was concerned that my process would be affected by not having a local lender. Quite to the contrary, I beleive my process went so smoothly BECAUSE Paddio is so adept at handling clients from all over the country, all walks of life, all types of properties. THANK YOU PADDIO...highly recommend!

We decided to go with Paddio as our loan company due to loan officer Ray Moore. He went above and beyond to make a genuinely friendly and personal connection with us, and we appreciated this commitment to customer service so much that we decided to trust them with our home loan. All of the employees we subsequently worked with demonstrated the same knowledgeable and helpful attitude and we were overall very pleased with the process.
