I would highly recommend Paddio for mortgage needs to anyone looking to purchase a home. I was very limited on time by balancing a full time fast pasted career with 3 kids, but my mortgage officer (Mandy Spurlock) was a true blessing to have and worked around my schedule. The ability to handle everything online and having a dedicated loan officer made the entire process seamless. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered immediately. Their knowledge and expertise was extremely beneficial as I actually learned a lot from them!
