I would recommend it; Yes! Paddio has great ethics and great rates with less paperwork, convenient e-signing format, and good availability to answer questions and help solve delimmas along the way. Great service compared with other usual 9-5 paper-and-pen old-style banks and mortgage companies that we did business with. These people actually try to answer questions today! Wow!
They were timely, efficient and worked collectively to meet my deadline. I loved chatting with each and every team member and am incredibly pleased with their results!
Though the people we worked with directly were helpful and kind we were not a fan of the overall process of working with Paddio. I work in real estate and there are certain things they requested for the final clear to close that just seemed unnecessary. A lot of it was nitpicking that made the process drag more than needed.

Don’t let distance detour you from working with an out-of-state mortgage company. If I didn’t know they weren’t physically a few blocks away or even in same city/state, I would have never guessed by their ability to streamline everything from start to close!! Paddio definitely has their ducks in a row & ready to help however they can. Thanks so much for coming along on my home-buying journey!!
