Paddio is amazing. The world of home buying is a lot different than it was 15 years ago and they made it so easy for me, especially with their concierge service that kept track of all my to-do's before moving. I would have been a mess if I'd had to remember all that on my own! Also, e-signing is the best thing ever! No more making time to meet with your agent or lender, almost everything is done online. It was so easy!

Start NowAlthough we proved that we were able to financially afford the home, it was brought up at closing that Paddio was "uncomfortable" with our marital status. That was totally embarrassing and inappropriate.
I had the dream team, I really did. The best part is that both Ashton and Joseph worked very well together, which also made the process super easy. I've heard stories about the trials and tribulations of homebuying, but Ashton and Joseph made it a breeze. I can't wait to work with the two of them again.
