Paddio made the purchase of my new home hassle-free. McKayla Baker my loan officer made herself available every step of the way, always cheerful and supportive. The entire process of applying for the loan and the loan online couldn't have been easier.
Working with Paddio was very easy. Everyone who worked on my loan provided great communication and support. I never had any questions because my team explained every step of the process.
Applied online. Very simple to use. Took little to no time to get preapproved. An agent contacted me right away and walked me through the whole process. Great customer service. Highly recommend Paddio. Thank you!
Overall I had a great experience. I appreciate you all for all your help and patience throughout this process.
Paddio was just awesome
It all begins with getting qualified. It’s simple, it’s easy and you can do it in minutes.
Start NowPaddio is amazing. The world of home buying is a lot different than it was 15 years ago and they made it so easy for me, especially with their concierge service that kept track of all my to-do's before moving. I would have been a mess if I'd had to remember all that on my own! Also, e-signing is the best thing ever! No more making time to meet with your agent or lender, almost everything is done online. It was so easy!
I highly recommend paddio, easy process, fast and the staff is awesome always doing what is best for the client. Thank you Kyle and Amelia they were the Best since day one!!!Thank you guys!!!
Paddio is an amazing home buying experience. Your family grows very quickly with every encounter. Amazing company & an incredible team!!!
Although we proved that we were able to financially afford the home, it was brought up at closing that Paddio was "uncomfortable" with our marital status. That was totally embarrassing and inappropriate.

Start NowI had the dream team, I really did. The best part is that both Ashton and Joseph worked very well together, which also made the process super easy. I've heard stories about the trials and tribulations of homebuying, but Ashton and Joseph made it a breeze. I can't wait to work with the two of them again.
I’m grateful I had Paddio on my side. If I didn’t have Sam and Melanie I probably would have backed out of the sale and found another place to live. It would have been a miserable and irritating experience without them
Do not use this company if you want to close in a timely manner.
Thank you to my entire team at Paddio! They say buying a home is one of the more stressful things in life, but you all eased a lot of this stress for me. Communication is so important to me and I was informed of every step of the application process. Your online portal is THE BEST and made it so easy to submit documents and was such a time saver. I am so thankful my loan officer reached out to me after an online inquiry and I am so glad I went with this company! Thank you all for your hard work and making my dream to one day own a home, come true!
For the most part Paddio did a good job. All though I felt like they could had done a better job at doing some research on the house my wife and I bought for example our house we was getting was a flip house so with the rules that FHA, has it required a 2nd appraisal. where I think they dropped the ball was that they didn’t see that detail until the 1st appraisal had already came back and a couple days later they realize they needed the 2nd one. So because of this it pushed us back enough that we had to move out the closing for the first time and when it came back it was lower and in turn caused another push back on time to try and work it out to be adjusted to be at the same as the first appraisal to no avail!!!!! If it wasn’t for the seller working out a price we both could deal with and being understanding of things we wouldn’t of got the house and would had been all for nothing and no the send appraisal wasn’t Paddio fault but the pushed back closing date was in my opinion because if they would had payed enough attention to the history of the sales of the house they would had seen that it was a flip sale and got the 2nd appraisal ordered for right after the 1st one. Overall the stress of buying a house alone and with moving counties and having to transfer kids to new school and not knowing when closing would happen to do so was bad enough on it’s on none the less with all the hiccups and set backs that happened that some could had been avoided.
