Though the people we worked with directly were helpful and kind we were not a fan of the overall process of working with Paddio. I work in real estate and there are certain things they requested for the final clear to close that just seemed unnecessary. A lot of it was nitpicking that made the process drag more than needed.
The whole Paddio team and Coty, my loan officer, may the process of buying my first home extremely smooth! Most helpful and kind team! I would recommend to anyone buying a home especially first time homebuyers!

If I didn’t know they weren’t physically a few blocks away or even in same city/state, I would have never guessed by their ability to streamline everything from start to close!! Paddio made home buying a breeze! John Haywood was an exceptional loan officer and made sure all questions were answered and provided information I may not even have thought of. Home buying can be stressful but they make sure to check in on you and ensure you are comfortable during the whole process.
