Start NowThough the people we worked with directly were helpful and kind we were not a fan of the overall process of working with Paddio. I work in real estate and there are certain things they requested for the final clear to close that just seemed unnecessary. A lot of it was nitpicking that made the process drag more than needed.
The whole Paddio team and Coty, my loan officer, may the process of buying my first home extremely smooth! Most helpful and kind team! I would recommend to anyone buying a home especially first time homebuyers!
