My loan officer Nick Yocum was outstanding throughout the home buying process. He was very attentive, listened to my specific needs and followed through on what he said he would do.
Don’t let distance detour you from working with an out-of-state mortgage company. If I didn’t know they weren’t physically a few blocks away or even in same city/state, I would have never guessed by their ability to streamline everything from start to close!! Paddio definitely has their ducks in a row & ready to help however they can. Thanks so much for coming along on my home-buying journey!!
