I love Paddio workin with Shayla Erica , Daryll, they made home buying easy and smooth for me.They all definitely kept their word, communicated well through the entire process and went a extra miles
At a certain point of my process I was transferred to another department, which meant I would deal with someone other than Matt. Unfortunately Matt shoes was too big to fill, and I feel that this person dropped the ball. Unanswered emails and phone calls from that person. Thanks to Matt right away he taken care of the things the other person did not and got me Clear to Close!
The initial application process and getting a pre-qualification letter was pretty smooth. Their automated document flow and task listing was very helpful, being able to check the boxes and have all the downloaded documents was great. The break in the chain was an appraisal that came in with errors, and was not being corrected in a timely fashion due to the arms length policies using an intermediary to coordinate the appraiser. The appraiser did not know of the errors until we missed the close date, and we personally intervened with all parties. Once we got the appraisal back on board, we were ready to close in 2 days, but lost 8 days in the overall process (not to mention a lot of hurt feelings all around). I think their people are sound, but internal systems need improvement.
