Thank you padio you guys make my dream come true buying my first home.
Paddio was wonderful! The whole Paddio team was great to us during this experience. I want to give a special thank you to Christopher Compton because in the beginning he told us he would get us into a house, and he delivered. We had been renting a place, and had a house fire so we were living in a hotel after fire. We were trying to find a rental but could not so we called Paddio on a whim just to try and buy a house. When we called Paddio, we were put in touch with Christopher Compton and that was the best thing for us.

Devon and Bridget and team were so amazing. My story is real and a huge success I want to share.I was ready to fly to Spain for a 2.5 Camino hike on Monday, April 24, 2022, when I learned of a house for sale on 4/21/22. I viewed the house but thought no way can I pull this off while traveling.I went on line and thought I should see if I could prequalify. I did that evening. By Monday I was asked for a few documents, answered a few questions, and was prequalified within a day or so.The owner had a buyer that fell through, so I was next if I wanted it. I did and with the Paddio team was able to submit all documents electronically, get formal loan approval, coordinate seller, realtor and title with spotty internet connections during my trip.I arrived home on a Monday, signed documents and closed on Tuesday. The Realtor and Title agent also said it was the cleanest easiest sale closing they experienced.The courtesy, professionalism and Bridget’s assistance to upload documents, contact 3rd party for correct information, etc was so easy and clear I was afraid it wasn’t real.Thanks to all who made it possible for me to write this from my new home.Kathleen Brownell
Communication is very important. I think that’s the only way that the clients will stay happy even through bumps. Would have liked better communication about issues if possible.

Great working with them they really do a good job of making your home buying experience quick and efficient and customer service was exceptional with my loan officer John he went out of his way to answer all my questions whenever I needed him he was there a short phone call away :)
The journey of buying a house can be stressful but Paddio took the stress out of the equation. I was kept informed, gently reminded of my to-dos and responded quickly to all my questions. Plus they add a personal touch because they build a customer relationship and not just process the paperwork.
The portal was nice. Being able to see your to-do list and review documents all in one place.
Very easy process. Love being able to do everything online. Mandy was great really enjoyed her positive attitude when things got stressful.
Although, We are in an aggressive housing market Chad and Courtney were able to closed this deal quickly. Chad worked with his team to get the necessary funding and Courtney worked with her team to negotiate assets for the home. They truly were an amazing team. They made home buying easy.

Matthew Burton our loan coordinator was also very helpful throughout. He and Austin communicated well with us on any step no matter how small. They both always made us feel like we were they primary focus right up to closing. I absolutely love the portal!! As a millennial I love that I didn’t have to take time out of my schedule to physically go into a bank and that I was kept in the know about where our loan status was throughout not having to guess or worry.
